Artlightenment is an annual event created by Robyn Morshead in 2009. It is held at the Celebrity Centre Nashville (Old Fall School Building). It was created to help and showcase visual artists, painters and sculptors and incorporated workshops to help artists with the business of being artists. The idea of the event is to elevate the artist and thus elevate the culture. The 5 day ticket for the event is only $10. This gives access to five workshops on film and art from national and local celebrity artists. It also gives you entrance to the theatre and cabaret night and the 2 night film festival.
