The City of Columbia, TN officially approved a zoning overlay of several blocks of the downtown area to be live/work residential and live/work commercial in order to create The City Of Columbia Arts District. This is a major step forward in an already blossoming revitalization of Columbia arts and culture scene and is a great preparation for the wave of new residents and tourists which will come this way as part of the greater Nashville community growth!
